Shipping Policy

All SkyDefender Simulations products are handmade and built to order.

Processing time

Most products are prepared and shipped within 2–4 weeks after payment. The exact processing time may vary depending on current workload, product complexity, and order queue.

Shipping origin

Orders are shipped from Hungary, European Union.

Shipping methods and tracking

All physical products are shipped with tracking. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

- European Union: usually 3–10 business days
- United Kingdom: usually 5–14 business days
- United States / Canada: usually 7–21 business days
- Other international destinations: usually 7–30 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or local delivery conditions.

Customs, import taxes and duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

SkyDefender Simulations is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will help check the tracking status with the carrier. A package is not considered lost until the carrier confirms it as lost.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the damaged item. This helps us investigate the issue and arrange a solution.

Software and documentation

Software and documentation are provided digitally and are not shipped as physical products.
